WishStory.app is a simple, no-account platform where you can create, organize, and share wishlists. No registration or personal information required - just create your wishlist and share the link. Our goal is to provide a straightforward and privacy-focused wishlist tool.
2. Use of Service
WishStory.app is free to use and requires no registration. To use WishStory.app, you must be at least 13 years old.
By using WishStory, you agree to:

- •Be responsible for keeping your wishlist links private if you don't want them shared.
- •Understand that deleted wishlists cannot be recovered.
- •Not use the service to store illegal or harmful content.
3. Prohibited Content

Prohibited Activities:
- Is illegal, threatening, or promotes violence against individuals or groups.
- Contains hate speech or facilitates harassment and bullying.

WishStory.app reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate for the community.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The WishStory.app name, logo, software, and design elements are the exclusive property of WishStory.app and its licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on WishStory.app. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
5. Service Availability & Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any wishlist content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate. We may also suspend or restrict access to WishStory.app for maintenance or if we believe there is abusive usage.
No Account = No Recovery: Since WishStory doesn't use accounts, once a wishlist is deleted (by you or us), it cannot be recovered. Make sure to save any important information before deletion.
6. Liability & Warranties
WishStory.app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishStory.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
